Cork Pops Wine Preserver duplicates successful winery systems designed to prevent free-radical oxidation. Orderless, tasteless and harmless inert gases are combined to blanket the wine in an opened bottle. Since the gasses are heavier than oxygen, they are able to form a protective coat over the wine which does not affect flavor or taste.
This wine preserver may also be used to preserve brandy, aperitif, dinner and desert wine, as well as sake, gourmet vinegars and cooking oils. Up to 80 uses from a single can.
